How is this different from the free diagnostic? +
The free diagnostic scores your self-assessment. The Reviewed Diagnostic adds Tom's full read of your actual website and materials, his personal commentary on what the score means for your specific business, a proposition blueprint, use cards, and the 45-minute debrief call. It is a different type of work, not a longer version of the same thing.
What happens in the 45-minute debrief call? +
Tom walks through the score, the named failure pattern, the proposition blueprint, and the fix sequence. You ask questions. He answers them directly. It is not a sales call. Whether a Full Engagement makes sense emerges from the conversation — it is not the purpose of it.
Can I implement it myself without further involvement? +
Yes. The report is designed for that. The fix sequence is specific, ordered, and actionable. Most clients take the report and implement it themselves. The Full Engagement is for founders who want Tom to design, write, and build the proposition rather than doing it themselves.
Can I pay on invoice rather than by card? +
Yes. Contact Tom directly and he will raise an invoice. The diagnostic begins once payment is confirmed. Turnaround is the same — 3 working days from cleared payment.
