Free
Diagnostic

Questions about what the free diagnostic actually is, what it produces, and how accurate it is.

01Is the free diagnostic actually useful, or is it a lead magnet?+
It is a scored diagnostic. You get a 5S Proposition Score out of 25, a Commercial Architecture Score out of 35, a combined score out of 60, a named failure pattern, and a priority fix sequence. It is AI-generated using Tom’s framework and the result is instant. Most people find it uncomfortably accurate. It is free because a scored result is more useful to you than a brochure is to us. It does not require a sign-up. It is not a teaser. It stands alone as a complete piece of work.
02How accurate is the free diagnostic?+
The free diagnostic is based on 12 self-assessed questions. The accuracy depends on how honestly those questions are answered. It is calibrated against the same two frameworks used in the Reviewed Diagnostic. The Reviewed Diagnostic adds Tom’s external read of your actual website and materials, which removes the self-assessment variable entirely.
03What happens after I take the free diagnostic?+
You get your result immediately. If the result identifies something you want to act on, the Reviewed Diagnostic gives you the full roadmap and a debrief call with Tom. That is your decision to make. There is no follow-up sequence, no sales call, and no pressure. The result does not expire.
04What if I disagree with my score?+
Take the Reviewed Diagnostic. Tom reads your actual website and public-facing materials rather than relying on your self-assessment. Disagreements with the free score are often resolved when the external read is applied. The score reflects what a cold prospect encounters, not what you intended to communicate. That gap is usually where the disagreement lives.
Reviewed
Diagnostic

Questions about what the Reviewed Diagnostic includes, how it differs from the free tool, and what the debrief call covers.

05How is the Reviewed Diagnostic different from the free one?+
The free diagnostic scores your self-assessment. The Reviewed Diagnostic adds Tom’s full read of your website and public-facing assets, his personal commentary on what the score means for your specific business, a fix sequence in the right order, a proposition blueprint, use cards, and a 45-minute debrief call. It is a different type of work, not a longer version of the same thing.
06What does the Reviewed Diagnostic report actually look like?+

The report covers six sections:

1. The Diagnostic — what is broken and why, with the failure pattern named.

2. The Score — 5S and Commercial Architecture scored independently, combined out of 60.

3. What You Are Leaving on the Table — the position being partially occupied but not owned.

4. The Proposition Blueprint — what the proposition should say.

5. A Different Viewpoint — what the founder cannot see from inside the business.

6. The Fix Sequence — where to start, in what order, with 14-day actions.

07What happens in the 45-minute debrief call?+
Tom walks through the score, the named failure pattern, the proposition blueprint, and the fix sequence. You ask questions. Tom answers them directly. It is not a sales call. Whether a Full Engagement makes sense emerges from the conversation. It is not the purpose of it.
08Can I implement the Reviewed Diagnostic myself without Tom’s further involvement?+
Yes. The report is designed for that. The fix sequence is specific, ordered, and actionable without needing additional explanation. Most clients take the report and implement the fix sequence themselves. The Full Engagement is for founders who want Tom to design, write, and build the proposition rather than doing it themselves.
Full
Engagement

Questions about what four weeks with Tom produces, what is required from the client, and how the decision to proceed is made.

09What does four weeks actually produce?+
A rebuilt proposition. Web copy that converts a cold prospect without you needing to explain yourself. A named method with visible stages. At least one narrated case study. A No List. A proof plan. A 90-day content cadence. Assets are handed over at week four. Launch support is included.
10What do you need from me to make a Full Engagement work?+
Access to your existing materials. One to two hours of your time in week one for a structured briefing. Review input at weeks two and three. A willingness to make directional decisions quickly. The engagement is not collaborative in the workshop sense. Tom drafts. You review. Decisions are made.
11How do you decide whether a Full Engagement is the right fit?+
A 30-minute discovery call happens before any Full Engagement is confirmed. Tom uses it to establish fit in both directions. If it is not the right fit, he will tell you directly and recommend what is instead.
Fit and
Scope

Questions about whether the Proposition Architect is right for a specific type of business or situation.

12Is this right for my type of business?+
The Proposition Architect is designed for B2B service businesses where the founder or commercial lead is the primary revenue driver and the proposition is the constraint. Consultancies, agencies, fractional practices, professional services firms. Not designed for product businesses, e-commerce, or pre-revenue startups.
13What if the diagnostic tells me I do not have a proposition problem?+
Then you do not have a proposition problem. The diagnostic is designed to be honest. A score above 50/60 means the proposition is functioning. The report will indicate what the actual constraint is likely to be instead: channel, capacity, pricing, or team.
14We already have a good proposition. Is there still value in the diagnostic?+
Take the free diagnostic. If it scores you above 50/60, the result will confirm that directly. Most founders who believe they have a good proposition find one or two layers scoring lower than expected. The diagnostic makes that objective rather than a matter of opinion.
15Does this work for businesses outside the UK?+
Yes. The frameworks are not geography-specific. The Reviewed Diagnostic and Full Engagement are delivered remotely. The only adjustment required is timezone coordination for the debrief call.
Practical

Questions about payment, turnaround times, and what happens after you receive your result.

16How do I pay for the Reviewed Diagnostic?+
Online by card via the order page, or on invoice if you prefer. The diagnostic begins once payment is confirmed. Delivery is within 3 working days. VAT is charged at the standard UK rate for UK-based clients.
17Do I need to speak to Tom before ordering the Reviewed Diagnostic?+
No. Order directly from the site. The only service that requires a conversation before proceeding is the Full Engagement. The Reviewed Diagnostic is designed to stand alone, and the debrief call is included in the price.
18My question is not answered here. How do I reach Tom?+
Via the contact page on addoli.com, or directly on LinkedIn. Tom reads and responds to direct messages. If the question is about whether the diagnostic is the right fit, the fastest way to find out is to take the free diagnostic. The result will clarify whether it makes sense to go further.
Still have a question
Ask Tom directly

Tom reads and responds to direct messages on LinkedIn. If you have a specific question about your situation, that is the right place to start.

If you want to understand whether any of the three tiers is the right fit, the fastest route is the free diagnostic. The result usually answers the question before you need to ask it.
