What the data shows

The Mirror Trap
9/10

Nine of the ten firms opened their homepage with a description of what they do rather than the buyer's problem. The Mirror Trap eliminates the best prospects before they make contact.

The Trophy Cabinet
9/10

Proof exists but creates no belief. Logos, years of experience, client counts. No outcomes narrated. No context. No before and after. Credentials without cases.

Layer 6: Public Proof
1.6/5

The lowest average score across all seven Commercial Architecture layers. Teaching in public is almost entirely absent. Content, where it exists, is compliance updates or service descriptions.

The firm that claims the untaken position does not need to be larger, cheaper, or more experienced than its competitors. It needs to be clearer. In this market, clarity is the scarcest resource.
